Dedication
Dedication must be performed consciously. Bring your whole awareness to the task at hand. Light a candle and acknowledge the four elements. As you light the candle, consecrate it by saying, 'I light this candle to the glory of the Light, and to the glory of the Angel of Fire'. A flame is a symbol of the Spirit. Once a candle is alight, the four elements are present. The Angel of Fire in the flame, the Angel of the Air in the flickering of the flame, the Angel of the Earth in the solid wax, and the Angel of the Water in the melting wax. These elements of nature and creation permeate the electromagnetic force field of all living things. They can clear any impurities that may be present, and bring balance.
Meditation
Sit in front of a candle flame, or in the Sun. Breathe in the rays of light, starting with Red, from the bottom of your feet all the way to the top of your head. On the out breathe, breathe the red out through your feet and into the Earth. Continue in the same way for each of the other rays - Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Royal Blue and Violet. This meditation only takes a few minutes, and if performed daily, will assist to purify and energise your Aura.
Purification
Always state your intention clearly - your intention starts the inward movement of energy. You are a magnet to energy, and the purer your intentions, the better your results.
Your attention starts the outward flow of energy. Consciously focus on and perform the task to the best of your ability. You are the vehicle by which creation creates. You can purify your energy, and change what you attract to yourself, by altering your thoughts and emotions. Loving thoughts and feelings will expand and raise your energy, positively affecting the quality and nature of the experiences you attract to yourself. Why do 98% of people’s lives never change, even though they read all the self-help and spiritual books, and attend many courses and workshops? – because they don’t change the ‘sound’ of their thinking.

Man's Sublte Bodies and Centres
"Those who maintain that the nature of their thoughts, feelings and actions is totally irrelevant, that we have to free ourselves from antiquated religious and moral codes, are destroying the beauty of their aura and produce only dull, dirty colours and chaotic vibrations and, without knowing why, other people sense this and tend to avoid them.

AURAS
